Anthem includes a benefit for home care services for eligible members. Services including 124 hours annually of home-based chores and assistance with activities of daily living. As a licensed home care provider, Heart2Help can assist clients with using Anthem for Home care.
Indiana's CHOICE (Community and Home Options to Institutional Care for the Elderly and Disabled) program is a statewide program that is designed to allow seniors who are at risk of nursing home placement to remain living at home or in the home of their caregiver and receive services, support, and care in those locations. The CHOICE program is funded by Not-For-Profit agencies.
Long-term care insurance policies reimburse policyholders a daily amount ( up to a pre-selected limit) for services to assist them with home care activities such as bathing, dressing, etc...
Client does not have any form of insurance to assist with home care payments. Clients pay out of pocket.
